CHC Staff & CGLs – Our First Responders

Thank you for joining us last Tuesday for our Leader’s Meeting. What an amazing time of food, fellowship and encounters with God! And it was just so great to hear from some of those who went for the study trip to the US. The team returned not only having learned different ways of connecting with our members and how to improve our processes and structure, but more importantly, they came back refreshed, revived and renewed with passion, vision and hope for our future! I am blessed when YOU are blessed, and I sincerely look forward to having more candid and connected meetings like this with all of you in the months ahead!

Many of you mentioned to me after the meeting that you were so powerfully blessed by the prophetic card Mark shared with us. I’ve taken the liberty to reproduce the prophecy here for you below:

“You have come out of a time of war. I see you with these wheelbarrows on the battlefield putting the wounded in them to get them to safety and care. You have fulfilled the law of love; it is rooted deeply in you. Time to rest now. The battle is won. The wheelbarrows are stacked and it’s time to be refreshed. You are a “first responder” but God is teaching you this through rest and supernatural intervention. He has strength and healing for you to bring that don’t require wheelbarrows to carry off wounded; they will walk of their own accord. Signs and wonders will be your new portion. Let Him infuse the natural with the supernatural. ~ Matthew 15:31 – The Passion Translation.”

Thank you leaders for truly being the “first responders” of City Harvest Church these past 8 years. You have faithfully cared for the wounded through your own pain. I prayerfully claim the word delivered through this prophecy over each of your lives right now even as I write this; that it is now time for you to rest, and as we find rest in His presence, He will make signs and wonders our portion!

This past weekend, I was so deeply moved as I stood on stage, witnessing all of you coming forward with your members to the altar, hungry for more of God. I love what one of our CGLs shared with me after service: “We are not writing a new chapter but a new book!” Truly we sense a shift in the atmosphere above CHC. Let’s continue to contend for more of His kingdom here on earth as it is in heaven!

Stay tuned as we get last weekend’s message up onto our podcast and website very soon. I’m so excited to share with you guys more about bringing heaven’s culture into our cell groups, our workplaces, our families and our world!

Love,
SUN
